These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Abos Market (https://www.abos.plus), including purchases of digital PC tools, gaming utilities, and license keys ("Products"). By creating an account, browsing the store, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Products and licenses. Abos Market sells digital goods delivered electronically as license keys or downloadable software entitlements. Product descriptions, plan durations (for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, or lifetime), and compatibility notes are provided for guidance. Features and game compatibility may change when third-party games or platforms update. You acknowledge that use of certain Products may conflict with third-party terms of service and that you assume all related risk.
Orders and payment. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the total amount displayed, including any applicable discounts. Ownership of a license transfers only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider and fulfillment succeeds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in stock shortage.
Delivery. After successful payment, license keys are delivered to your Abos Market account and, when email delivery is configured, to the email associated with your account. Delivery is typically near-instant but may be delayed if stock must be replenished. You are responsible for securely storing delivered keys.
Acceptable use. You may not reverse engineer our storefront, attack our systems, resell keys without written permission, share accounts to evade licensing, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer. Products and the site are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, undetectability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abos Market’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions contact abosspluss@gmail.com.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Abos Market operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
