Abos Market sells digital license keys and software entitlements. Because digital goods can be copied or activated immediately after delivery, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case.
Request window. Contact support at abosspluss@gmail.com within seven (7) days of purchase. Include your order ID, account email, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps (for example verifying product status, reinstalling, or confirming system requirements) before approving a refund.
Eligible situations. We typically consider refunds when: payment was charged but no license was delivered after a reasonable fulfillment window; the wrong product plan was delivered due to our error; or a product is confirmed unavailable or non-functional for a sustained period and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Non-eligible situations. Refunds are generally not available when: a license key has been viewed, copied, shared, or activated; the issue is caused by third-party game updates, anti-cheat changes, or your local system configuration; you purchased the wrong product by mistake after delivery; or you violate our Terms of Service.
Activated or used keys. If a key has been activated or clearly used, refunds are discretionary. When a refund is approved, the associated license is revoked and must not be used further. Attempting to continue using a revoked key is prohibited.
Subscriptions and renewals. Time-based plans remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals where applicable; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Process and timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Timing depends on the provider and your bank or card issuer and may take several business days after we process the refund.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
