This Privacy Policy explains how Abos Market ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use https://www.abos.plus and related services.
Data we collect. Account data (email, name, password hash, role); order and payment metadata (amounts, status, payment reference IDs — not full card numbers, which are handled by our payment provider); license and delivery records; support messages you send us; technical logs (IP address, user agent, approximate timestamps) for security and abuse prevention; and optional OAuth profile data if you sign in with Google.
How we use data. We use personal data to create and secure accounts, process orders, deliver digital licenses, prevent fraud, send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery, verification), respond to support requests, maintain site security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors. We use trusted service providers such as our database host, payment processor (TamPay), email delivery (Resend), and optional Redis rate-limiting infrastructure. They process data only as needed to provide their services under appropriate agreements.
Retention. Account and order records are kept for as long as your account remains active and as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request account closure by contacting support; we will delete or anonymize data where we are not required to retain it.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact abosspluss@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where available.
Security. We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, encrypted license stock at rest, HTTPS in production, and access controls for admin functions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your credentials.
Cookies and local storage. We use session cookies for authentication and may store cart or preference data in your browser. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or clear your cart.
International transfers. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards apply.
